Kerry Linn | Owner, High Power Electric LLC

Kerry Linn brings more than a decade of hands-on experience in the electrical and construction industries to High Power Electric LLC.

Kerry began his electrical career in 2011 with G&P Electric, where he spent six years specializing in residential and commercial construction. During that time, he gained extensive experience wiring custom luxury homes, spec homes, commercial buildings, complete home remodels, and new electrical services.

Working on approximately 40–60 homes each year, Kerry contributed to the electrical installation of roughly 300 homes during his time with G&P Electric. This experience gave him a strong understanding of residential electrical systems while developing the project coordination, scheduling, and problem-solving skills necessary to complete projects safely and efficiently.

In 2017, Kerry expanded his commercial experience by joining Qualified Maintenance and Construction. There, he provided electrical services for nationally recognized businesses including H-E-B, Target, Chili’s, 7-Eleven, UPS, CVS, and Walgreens. His experience and leadership eventually led him to become the company’s head technician.

After nearly a decade of working throughout the electrical industry, Kerry founded High Power Electric LLC in September 2020 with the goal of providing dependable, professional electrical services backed by experience and quality workmanship.

Today, High Power Electric works with homeowners, builders, and contractors on projects ranging from new residential construction and complete home remodels to light commercial electrical installations.

Kerry has continued advancing his electrical qualifications throughout his career:

• Electrical Wireman License — Age 22

• Journeyman Electrician License — Age 23

• Master Electrician License — Age 25

• Electrical Contractor License — Age 26

• Licensed with the State of Texas
